The Giants know that they had no running game, receivers, or offensive line last season which affected Eli’s performance. Iluvhouse24 1,808
4 of the top 5 are gonna be qb's Buffalo is trading for a top 4 pick. Worst kept secret in the league. Cleveland could have a tough decision at 4 between Barkley and Chubb. A pass rush of Chubb and Garrett would be pretty insane. The thing that scares me is that Barkley may fall right into the Donkeys lap at 5. That'll be fun for the next 5 years. If the Giants keep that 2 pick and draft Barkley to put behind a 37 year old QB, and pass up the opportunity to take a guy like Josh Rosen...Gettleman will be looking for work again sooner than later. Giants can't be stupid enough to take a RB 2nd overall. I don't care how good he is. They know they need a rebuild which is why OBJ is available even if the price is insane. They'll take the qb or the shit ton of picks from someone looking for a qb. The closer we get to the draft, the more all the very obvious flaws from this group of qb's will start to disappear from GMs heads. It's inversely proportional to their desperation to find an elite qb. Mayfield is the one that makes me wonder if he'll drop though. He shouldn't... but you never know. liquidfriend 1,151
To expand a bit further. The Giants have some holes yes, but they still have a top tier Defense. They also have a QB that's hurting them more than helping. If the Browns are stupid enough to go Josh Allen at 1, I don't see them moving down. Gettleman plays for the long-term 100% to the point that he let his all-pro corner walk in the summer. I feel if they can get the QB they want, it's going to be a QB. As for Josh Allen and the Browns, I'd be surprised. Just doesn't seem like a move John Dorsey would make. I don't think he's an elite football mind. Seeing what would happen with Tannehill, if the Dolphins do go after Mayfield, will be interesting.

liquidfriend 1,151
Solid work, SEMO. Looking over the 2nd round guys, if I had to pick a guy that could fall further, I'm feeling that Ronnie Harrison is the best bet. I think while he's really good at it, he's really more of a traditional in the box Safety and I just don't think those kind of guys hold as much value today vs a few years ago unless they can also play LB. liquidfriend 1,151
I'll give anyone credit that can mount anything worthwhile stat wise on a dog turd team like Rutgers (more like Buttgers), but I think he's just a guy. Just average get off speed, not very physical or agile enough to be ideal around the edge. I like that he keeps his legs moving, but the hand movement is horrible and once he loses the sissy slap fight he is done. Of course he's raw as hell so lots of potential, but the stiff hips and the shoulder concerns are enough for me to look elsewhere. A guy that will probably go earlier than he should. SEMO 6,811
Yeah, he is really raw and can’t shed worth a shit. Once hands get locked on him, he’s done.
