We should also be able to save another $2.1 million by cutting Demetrius Harris. This should allow us to pick up a couple more good free agents. The 15 mil is top 51. Which is the only players that count against cap in the offseason. But my 3rd grade maths skills say that amount does NOT include the 6 mil we need for the draft so in reality it's about 9.
