Also you can go back and look at grades that have been given out on players from previous years and you will see a lot of guys who outperformed their grade and many who way under performed their grade. I do believe talent will always rise up but many players are at a crossroads of either ascending to the next level or failure and a lot of it is based on system, coaches, etc...
