KCSLC2008 607
Game 13: 1. Tyreek Hill 2. Patrick Mahomes 3. Justin Houston (It’s not Houston’s fault Butker missed.) 4. D. Williams (One rushing and one receiving touchdown) 5. Spencer Ware 6. Travis Kelce 7. Chris Jones (A bit of a make up for not being higher on the list already.) 8. Harrison Butker (would be higher if he made the first one; wouldn’t be here if he missed the overtime kick) 9. Mitchell Schwartz/OL (29 yards of sacks, but Mahomes was pressured more than any other in history, I believe) 10. Nelson (Overtime pass breakup.) HM: Dee Ford (I am not knowledgeable on defense, but I think he probably deserves mention.)

jetlord 10,210
Should give Nelson half a point for breaking up that last pass in over time. That was the game.

You know more than I do. What I am going to do is give Dee Ford’s point to Nelson. Should he be higher? I might have given Houston the MVP for the whole game if Butker made the field-goal. It’s not really fair that I didn’t, what do you think? I mean, he didn’t contribute more to the game than Mahomes (QB does most) and Hill, but he shouldn’t get less recognition because the kicker missed. Good thing my MVP doesn’t matter. jetlord 10,210
i"m not tooting Nelson's horn. It's just that if the last pass had been completed or Nelson had been called for interference, the game probably would have been tied at best. Just one play, but a critical one.
