They spent the money on a guy (watkins) that helps injury proof the offense more, rather than on defense, knowing the defense needed more work than 1 free agent. Not sure how much he'll play, but it would be nice to see if the Chiefs can get more reps for Tanoh in this game. *knocks on wood* Other than Eric Berry the Chiefs haven't had any injury issues which is a blessing considering the amount of injuries to key players this team has had to deal with since the 2nd half of 2013. No doubt. I injuries in the trenches have been bad. I thought no 2015 all 3 starting Dlinemen went down for all or most of the season. Oline has never got to play a season together. I don't think they are considering it. Ford is a pure pass rusher who basically failed at every other aspect of the position.
