The Chiefs are undefeated and coming off a short week having stepped on Denver's heart in that classic Monday night just six days ago. We're five weeks in, where it was around this time Sammy Watkins had a breathtaking performance back in 2015, recording 6 receptions for 158 yards and 2 TD's in a cold, rainy day at Arrowhead as a Buffalo Bill. Spencer Ware saved the day, entered a thunderous exhibit. He would go on to start for the Chiefs at RB. Let's not forget also this was the game Justin Houston suffered that knee injury, forever altering the then signed 100 million dollar pass rusher, where his value hasn't been worth half that ever since and it's 2018. The game here vs the Jags is somewhat relevant. The Chiefs have the next Nightmare in Kareem Hunt, trucking opponents every chance he gets. Let's look for him and Ware to pound the rock with authority, and put this Jags toughness to the test here in the heart of the Kingdom. This will be Mahomes first rainy NFL game, as it's against the top scoring defense. Patience will be required and met with precision, as the deep ball is always open in situations like these. The rain doesn't help DB's plant and burst with high acceleration, therefore the speed of Watkins, Kelce, Hill and Conley should have no trouble getting them open. Look for Watkins to have a repeat of 2015, only this time do it as a Chief. I predict Ware to have a big day. Chiefs will win this and then have to play the Patriots next sunday night at NE.
