Irvin turned down better offers from the Patriots and Steelers, so this is likely close to the veteran minimum. The Falcons are a good landing spot for Irvin, who is from Atlanta and played under Dan Quinn in Seattle. Irvin will push a struggling Vic Beasley for snaps.
