The offense would make up for it but we sure need a few guys back. The way teams are running all over us we have to play with a lead at all times. I would say that's one of the worst officiated games I've seen in my life, but I'm a Chiefs' fan so it's pretty much what we get every week. The guy is a trainwreck. I still feel like we could have gotten more, and part of his weak performance this year is due to injury. Having said that, I agree it was the right thing to move on. Between the volatile attitude leading to penalties and the tackling issues he was overrated, so instead of shelling out a big contract we got a decent pick. The refs took away the sack & fumble from Ford that would have put the game in blow out mode. it seems the intentional grounding call was legit (but bizarre).
