KC Warpaint 3,248
man playing in snow is FOOTBALL Weather....but the wine/cheese crowd would stay home for sure
dave0320 0
Just saying, blizzard conditions, blinding snow at times, ,would they suspend the game similar to lightning warnings and resume the game a few hours later? Big advantage to the team who could run the ball.
Mloe68 1,521
They did move our playoff game vs Pitt to a night game because of ice storm. I really don’t think they would though especially as it hasn’t even started yet. But 1-2 inch snowfall rates per hour plus 45 mph wind gusts throughout the game really doesn’t fit our finesse offense.
liquidfriend 1,151
South part of KC isn't going to get a lot, so no.

About 7 at the stadium. I doubt they would have moved it but it would have been a mess getting home

liquidfriend 1,151
So am I and I just think a lot people around here are pussies that can't handle actual winter.
jetlord 10,210
It could be handled, but the drive home this afternoon was slow and messy. Poor roads, bad visibility, and some slick very sick stretches.

Meh. It snowed over an inch an hour all over the metro with 50 MPH wind gusts and roads closed all over the place for the many who have to travel an hour or more home. It’s just dumb to travel in those conditions unless you have too. And those that have to need were better off without the others on the road. This was not a normal weather event here at all. liquidfriend 1,151
Got around fine yesterday and today. Just gotta keep some space, allow for time and have not worn tires. It wasn't that bad.
NChiefsCorner 496
They did not cancel the Buffalo game where you could not even see the field from so much snow, so I would say no.
