liquidfriend 1,151
Honestly, I think it's more likely we see the Colts. I think they're going to be dangerous if they make it in, and are a real threat to get one back against the Texans.

kkuenn 3,613
Colts/titans winner. I want revenge on either but more so on Indy
DefensiveMan 758
It shouldn't really matter. We need to take care of business as the rightful #1 seed. This is what NE does year in and year out. No fluke the #1 seed is almost a golden ticket to the SB. The last 5 were at least.
xen 1,010,220
Patriots haven't won an AFC championship game on the road since 2004. Hope we make it that far. That's the rematch I want.
Thegoatee 1,783
Rivers is coming to town and will be giving us the Elway treatment. Thankfully we don’t have Grbac this time around, so we have a chance.
xen 1,010,220
Yeah, I wouldn't put the chokejob rivers and elway in the same sentence unless your trying to say what the antonym to an elway is.
Thegoatee 1,783
I wouldn’t discount Rivers when it comes to playoffs as a choker compared to KC as a whole team. Rivers has won as many playoff games as we have since our Super Bowl...

Calichief 3,024
Don’t we get the winner of the ravens / chargers regardless? I think the Chargers will blow out the Ravens this time. Rivers will be better after seeing their defense the first time. chiefs will exercise their demons and beat the chargers in dramatic fashion. Nope. If Indy wins, they come to KC. They are the 6 seed. If not, we play the winner of Balt/LAC. The only team we won't play is Houston. Unless it is in the AFC championship. Adamixoye 604
As difficult as our game against the Ravens was, I think I would prefer to play a tougher D/weaker O than get into a track meet. An O that can stop itself + Arrowhead is a better fit for our strengths than reliving the 2003 Colts playoff game.

Luck and the Colts coming to KC sounds significantly worse than Lamar Jackson because of their ability to score with KC.

I don't believe the Colts O is anything on the level of ours when we have Sammy, Ware and our O-line members back. The Colts O is Luck, Ebron and Hilton. That's pretty much it. Mloe68 1,521
Chargers were 7-1 on the road, Colts were 4-4. I think it’ll be rematch vs Chargers.
Biggjliv4 1,292
It's irrelevant, if you want to be the best then face and beat the best. With our O we can beat anyone; however, with our D we can lose to anyone just as equally.
